I've been at the true partnership and those are golden times. It helps if the PM has a bit of technical understanding and the tech lead has a bit of product understanding.
New subbie here stumbled on this article and I am so glad I chose to read it first. Thank you for settling the constant battle on who is more important between PMs and Engineers. They are both important and working together is the only proven way any engineering org can be successful.
